"Very clean convenient to all amenities good breakfast and good parking"

"Welcomed by reception very friendly. Room was ok little bit dated but clean Problem we found was could clearly hear talking laughing from next door Later in evening could hear man snoring We were exhausted from 9 hr drive so slept well bed was comfortable but was woken up people again talking laughing 3 am. They were leaving early Must be very poor soundproofing We did eat in there restaurant thia food was excellent highly recommend. Hope this helps other people room 111 ground...

"The room was spotless, the receptionist was lovely and very informative. The grounds themselves were absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. Easy to get to and parking close to the rooms. Breakfast was lovely and so was the lady in the kitchen Would definitely recommend if you want no frills accommodation and total relaxation and peacefulness"

"Near the highway, noisy most the time and you can hear traffic through the windows - take earplugs. Otherwise does the job. I'd probably book the Holiday Inn express if you prefer less noise."

"Room was very dirty. So many dead ants throughout the unit, over the beds, throughout the kitchen and bathroom. I suspect they put an insect repellent bomb in the room days before and forgot to clean up the mess. Yes we did speak to management and they did offer to change the sheets but we were only there for one night and we were tired when we arrived. There was hair and eye lashes in the main bed also which was a bit gross. Dated unit. Noisey from traffic on a Saturday night. Probably...

The property is a little older and could benefit from some fresh paint and maintenance, particularly the fly screens, which need some attention. "Everything was done very well and went excellently. It was small, but for the economic price & the way it was all so brand new & totally clean when we got there, I wondered how they could do it from this price. In the bathroom there was no shelf to put things on which was a letdown. There is no power points near the beds & the USB ports are away from the beds so you have to get up & walk your phone to the charger and walk back to bed before you go to sleep, if you have been using it in bed,...

Housekeeping staff very helpful when problems arose. 1. had to move to 4 different rooms over 10 days 2. door closure broken - door slammed 3 Heat pump smelled like old socks when turned on 4 Hob fan would not turn off at all once cooking finished - so fan on all night! 5. When bath plug removed - water came up...
