"In 2026 we expect an upscale hotel room to have plenty of outlets for recharging the devices we travel with (@3). Even the bedside lamp outlet in #317 was dead. Fortunately bathroom outlets were live. Peeling wallpaper; unadjustable desk chair; lack of a side chair; only one elevator operating at each end of the building -- all suggest deferred maintenance. Many hotels offer free coffee and hot water in the lobby; this didn't. Add the extra costs for parking and breakfast, and this hotel will not be on our list for our next visit to OKC."

"I wanted to give this hotel a good rating as it was clean and the staff was nice… at first. They didn’t return my deposit and when I called to ask them why, they completely lied to me and said it was returned despite my bank saying the hold was released and the payment went through. I ended up paying double the amount for a room with a broken toilet and a building that smelled like weed despite families staying there. "
