"The Inn is less than a 1/2 mile walk to the casino. Shuttle service runs on the 1/2 hour. The Inn has a small restaurant that serve continental breakfast that opens again for dinner at 4:00 pm."

"The door keys do not always work. Required help from the staff. Need a luggage cart. Some rooms are very far from the parking lot and closest doors. Very good accessibility with indoor ramp as well front door ramp. Glad there was an indoor pool."

"Beautiful spa and hotel. Comfortable beds. Ascot pub is great. Didn't try the others. Free shuttle to Mohegan Sun s a nice perk. I only put 'good' for a few things. And only because I feel at this price point, you're paying for attention to small details like messy caulk in my bathroom, broken tiles in the spa pool,and room service forgot utensils and said they'd be back in a minute but I had to call 15 minutes later and by then my food was cold (and wasn't cheap). If this was half the price I'd never bring this up but there's certainly expectations at higher price points. And the spa should try to control people's volumes & phones while inside. I know they cannot control what people do, but something posted or staff reminders of this at check in would hike go a long way. All in all, very luxurious, good staff, great amenities in both the spa and hotel. A-"
