I just want to say thank you to manager who helped me out during a severe rainstorm and was very helpful with translation as well. My original hotel cancelled my reservation, after I had a calm and restful stay at route inn ekimae. It was meant to be... to stay at a better hotel.

立地よし。エレベーター2機でストレスなし。お部屋は広めできれい。14階のお風呂は洗い場8箇所あって快適、やっぱりお風呂があると違う。お風呂のシャワー、勢いでフックから外れるのは直した方がいい。フロントも3人でテキパキこなし、対応もよかったです。朝食もおいしかった。また利用したいと思います。

客室清潔。目的地への案内の説明が丁寧で明快。コーヒーをこぼしてしまった時、布団カバーをとりかえてくれた。朝ごはんが種類が多く美味しかった。それに6時から食べられたので、出発の列車に間に合った。駅近でリーズナブルな価格設定で良かった。大浴場も嬉しかった。お湯はもう少し熱いほうが良かったけれど。
