"The WiFi was very spotty, the tiles around the pool were in rough shape, unstable in some areas. We had to change rooms because the AC in the first room was not getting cool enough. Getting out of the tub is dangerous, requires one to be very careful because the tub is slippery and the floor is lower than the tub floor… the towel rack saved my wife and I."
