"The hotel was great but on the weekend the pool was packed and people left towels on chairs that were not being used. It wasn’t clear if all those people were even staying at the hotel. It would have been nice to enjoy the pool more. The place was clean and the location was excellent. The staff was very nice but the valet attendants were loud and you can hear them right outside the window early in the morning. If it wasn’t for the pool and the noise I would have given them 5 stars. "

"Wedding weekend in Charleston-hotel was well Located yo provide a lower cost option to staying in the city. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Heated pool was a plus. Would have loved a hot tub and safe in the room."

"Central location. Staff phenomenal. Great restaurant and pleasant rooftop restaurant/bar. Service was super slow on the Rooftop both times, it helped that the weather was good. Artwork throughout the property made it unique. Who else serves milk and cookies at 9:00 each night? I would definitely stay there again. "

"Room was small and tight to move around in. Water pressure was not good in the shower. The bathroom had minimal surface area for placing items on. The refreshments area in the lobby was very basic. It is in a great location. We enjoyed the fitness room. We had a positive experience overall. "
