Food is outstanding, I loved the parmegiana served by the chef who made an exception for me as I checked in late night way past the kitchen closing! "Waited 1/2 hr at 6pm to check in after a long day for receptionist to turn up only after having to phone the emergency number and after not finding any other staff in hotel.
