"Very nice updated hotel but a few concerns Upon check in room keys were not available because of some technical issue A maintenance person had to let us into room Could not leave or room would lock behind us and had to have them let us in again Said they would send key up later Never did Very inconvenient… and a bit scary Also there was no body wash in shower Luckily I had brought my own"
