Quite new and pretty clean hotel.

Quite new and pretty clean hotel. Good panoramic view from the suites. However, the service could have been better. The waiting time for champagne glasses was over 40 minutes.

Stay away!

I arrived this hotel, with the intentions of staying there for 30+ nights. As I normally do, I only booked for the couple of first nights, to see if I would like it. As they arranged at conference there during the weekend, I sadly did not get to prolong my stay. And that’s when my problems started! Sadly, I forgot my belongings from the minibar. Same day as my check-out, I called them, asking to store my belongings until I would check in a few days later. To my surprise, the staff could inform me that there were no items in the minibar. Well, I thought, maybe the cleaning staff thought it would be of no intentions of me to keep it, and they took it for themselves. My times was worth up to 45.000 rubles, and it did not get refunded at all. So, as the hotel is fairly ok, even tho it’s quite far from anything interesting, I would highly recommend you to not stay here at all! Of course, the missing items is one thing. But I arrived with a child, and we found several hairs in the bed, the shower was out of order, the bathroom sink was clogged, and there were a lot waiting time for the reception. Maybe I was unlucky, I don’t know. But it’s my third stay at this hotel, and I won’t be staying there again! So, I moved off to the hotel next door, invited my family and friends to stay there, for a fraction of the price for all 3 rooms.... So, Radisson, you’ve lost my trust!

We changed rooms about 3 times before giving up. We paid around $250 for a night to have a panoramic view of the city, but all the windows were COVERED in bird crap. The staff is friendly, but not professional like at the Swisotel. Also there is little to no sound isolation between the rooms and the hall ways. While there we also noticed a large amount of female escorts entering and leaving the hotel while visiting teenages with white powdered faces. Differently will not be coming back.

Overall disappointing experience

Very clean hotel, average size rooms, they seemed like they were paying attention for covid19 cases and taking necessary measures but after new year nearly non of the hotel guests are wearing mask and the hotel representatives didn’t care the situation. We ordered the new year eve meal, meal was delivered very late than we requested and it was cold. When I complained to the reception their response was they were sorry... Average breakfast buffet and very uncomfortable bed could be the summary of 7 days stay. I would look for something else next time.

Отличный Отель, рекомендую. Единственный минус рядом стройка, но с закрытыми окнами шум минимальный. Отдых прошёл на отлично, завтрак супер. Не хватало только какао и горячего шоколада.

Brand new hotel, everything is shining, nice reception staff. OK breakfast but does not worth the price. Breakfast staff can be more helpful and friendly. Great cocktails in the lobby bar. Het is en blijft een mooi hotel. De service was echter wat teleurstellend deze keer. Ik heb de vorige keer in de haast wat kleding in de kast laten hangen, deze is niet meer terug gevonden..... Ik kreeg niet het gevoel dat ze alles geprobeerd hebben deze te vinden...
