"I cannot give this 5 stars because I stayed at the Veriu in Melbourne and it was MUCH better. This one was clean, soundproofed, blackout curtains, comfortable bed, convenient location (essential amenities nearby, but the area is kinda soulless and quiet, it’s newly developed). Staff are lovely. The amenities provision was poor, however - only a fridge, kettle, coffee machine, 2 wine glasses and 2 mugs. Not even a spoon provided to stir the coffee or remove the teabag, much less cutlery to eat with, despite encouraging you to bring food to your room. Compared with the Melbourne property, it was a disappointment for the brand."
