I did the pre-check-in the night before. All was confirmed. When I arrived at the hotel today, no one was around. A person came and told us the hotel was closed and would not be open for a few weeks. I called Expedia, and they would not refund my payment until they could confirm the closure. They of course could not get a hold of anyone at the hotel, because it was closed. Not happy, and will not ever book a room there again.

after traveling all day we arrived to check in at 9 pm. all was empty. finally the attendant arrived to the front desk and announced that the hotel was closed due to total water damage from freezing pipes. i asked when this happened? answer: the week before!! the lobby was full of indian food odor and the attendant's accent was hard to interpret. why was my reservation accepted even when th hotel was closed?? i went up the road and stayed at a holiday inn express. the attendant said he could not help me. so thank you expedia.

They cancelled my reservation for 2 rooms because the power went out for 2 hours, and we are in town visiting family. The problem I have is you took money out but it’s going to take 7 days for a refund and you told us to find another hotel. Really…..thanks for all the help

The check in guy was nice but the room is dirty and many items in room are broken. This is definitely a low end hotel. Would recommend it.

I didn't use the airport shuttle. I used the parking lot and the door from the back parking lot had a debris that made me uncomfortable on the outside as well as in the hallway on the inside.

Curtains were shredded, ice bucket had mold, vending machine was not even stocked well, no creamer for coffee in the room, couldn’t get a WiFi signal, and it was dirty. My 13 year old didn’t feel safe because the door close to our room didn’t shut correctly and we were able to get in without the key card. We left after about 1.5 hours and went to another hotel. We will never be back again and I will be asking for a refund.

Would avoid this property. Under renovation but poorly done. Sheets were stained but smelled clean. Was happy to leave and don’t plan to come back.

Incredibly overpriced for the service & shape of the property. Pool was closed, but there was no mention of that ahead of time. Nobody was ever at the front desk to assist with anything, it would take multiple calls to get someone or you’d just have to go looking since the phone wasn’t answered. It says free parking on the website, but that is ONLY for the night of your stay, nowhere did it say that you’d be charged parking while gone for your trip. The shuttle is NOT 24/7. Our flight was delayed & I requested a shuttle at noon, but was told they wouldn’t take us after 11am (checkout time) so we had to park at the airport instead. Before leaving I requested a refund for the parking charges that were charged at check in since we wouldn’t be leaving our car anymore & was told I’d be refunded & they wouldn’t give me a receipt after asking multiple times. I was still charged for parking even though we didn’t park there!!! The waffle batter dispenser was broken & even after spraying the waffle maker they stuck & had to be scraped out in pieces & to top that off the waffle maker fell down while doing so & burned hand. The whole experience was unpleasant & I will NEVER stay here again, the close proximity to the airport isn’t worth it!!! STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Basic hotel for the area. Stayed in July 2024 and was a decent stay and decent breakfast, but this time in Sept of 2025, a very different and disappointing experience. Based on our recent stay, they should not advertise breakfast, more like light snacks with a breakfast theme. Last year in July 2024, it was a good breakfast; What happened in 1 year?

Tried reservation 12Jun for 04Sep and told no vacancy. Later asked at Cobblestone-Mosinee about Americinn and they were unaware of any other motel than Quality Inn. Looked for QI and found Americinn!! Tried for reservation again on 01Sep and obtained room. Stopped at motel mid-PM 04Sep to confirm and was met by 3 workers that spoke only Spanish. Still took room.
