"Had a bad experience when a hotel driver didn’t collect us as scheduled at night and we felt in danger. Didn’t feel like evening staff knew much about the tours or options for transport available.
Parts of the hotel room were broken such as the security latch on the door and fan knobs. Wardrobe doors wouldn’t close. No options for streaming on the TV without compatible devices. No snorkels available for use or hire. Felt it really wasn’t a 5 star hotel standard."

"Last minute stay required due to flight cancellations. Resort was extremely accommodating. Cafe meals were superb and reasonably priced. Housekeeping staff, in particular Margaret, were wonderful. Overall would highly recommend."

"My review is for the ocean view apartment.
The biggest compliment for a business is repeat business and now my fourth stay at Iririki. So pleasant out on the balcony taking in sunset or ships moving in the harbour.
Staff are always pleasant and friendly. A quick walk around the island before breakfast is great."
