"The 3 bedroom unit was quite clean and spacious.
Some of the appliances are a bit dated but that didn't affect our stay.
My only criticism was the bathroom - it was far too small - no room for getting dried and dressed because the toilet takes up that space. In a family unit, I think the toilet should be seperate to the shower for convenience.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The pool and spa area were clean and well maintained - my daughter loved the heated pool!
Also, it was budget friendly. Could not complain about the price.
Location is awesome - close to all attractions, shops, pubs, food places and everything else we needed.
Overall, we were happy to stay there and if we get the chance to travel back to Tassie, we wouldn't hesitate to book in again."
"Picked up the key, but only returned to the van after hours. Door did not lock at all and the bolt came out when the key was turned. Called the emergency number, only to be rudely told "What do you want me to do about it, I'm at work 30 min away". I said that the door didn't lock and that would need to be fixed. the reply "Oh, we've known about that for a few weeks and it will be fixed next week". After several minutes of discussion, was finally told that the manger would call me. They did (also not on site) telling me that I shouldn't get upset as they were home with a sick partner (why this relates to my booking wasn't explained), and I was moved to another van, however that all took 4 phone calls and 30 minutes. Completely inappropriate to be putting someone in a van with no locking door, when that was known about. No after hours on site manger or maintence. Extremely poor experience."
"Well located car traveler hotel with a supermarket, chemist and food shops being directly adjacent. The complexes tavern and bottle shop also provide an amenity without having to drive anywhere.
The room was well equipped for car travelers with food preparation capabilities.

"Cooking facilities were limited to basic s, toaster, kettle, air fryer, egg cooker, and microwave. No oven facility.
Sleeping pods were clean and well equipped.
Communal area was conducive to catching up with fellow travellers or just relaxing"
