We were given an amazing upgraded room at check in and the owners went above and beyond to make our stay special. Breakfast was fantastic. Perfectly located and highly recommended!
This was a great hotel in Mostar! We had booked a standard room, but were informed of an issue with that room on our arrival, and upgraded for free! Super convenient location, and run by a kind family who offered to help us at every turn. Highly recommend!
Amazing customer service… Family owned an incredible coffee! Breakfast is included… And you were very close to old town… Very reasonable prices I would highly recommend
The hotel is a short walk from the old town. Close to attractions, restaurants, shopping areas. The hotel itself is clean. We rented a two bedroom unit. It has a simple kitchen with a 2-heating-element cooktop. It would be convenient for people who like to prepare simple meal. Beds are comfortable. Staff are friendly. Parking right next to the hotel is a plus.

Stayed at room 301. A small but cozy room for two and with a great terrace.
Fantastic room with great view over the old bridge and the whole town. Very nice and helpful employees that’s always are willing to help you in any way possible.
Thank you for a pleasant stay in Mostar!
Staff is very friendly and helpful! Small but clean although wifi doesn’t work very well at all but that’s okay. Overall very good and great location! With cool rooftop terrace
Really amazing service with everything we could have wished for, authentically warm staff. Great view from the terrace, very good location. Downsides are the very small rooms that can also be a bit loud from the neighbors and the streets sometimes but all in all it's good value.
The hotel was a fantastic base in the centre of Mostar and excellent value for money. The staff could not do enough for us, including supplying a trusted driver to and from Mostar. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in this part of Bosnia.
Lovely clean hotel located 5 minutes walk from Mostar Old Bridge. There is a Sun terrace on the roof with a panoramic view. Breakfast was a feast for 7€ and the host couldn’t do enough for us. I recommend the Pasha mosque and the museum of the 1990s war to visit other than the bridge and bazar. Lots of fantastic and cheap bars and restaurants nearby. I will definitely return.
Hotel is very nice. It is about 7 minutes from the Old Town, Old Bridge and nice restaurants. There is a nice pizza restaurant across the street from the hotel. Good for dinner and lunch. Very reasonable prices. The hotel furnishings are up to date and it is very clean. The hotel has good security features and parking is available. Camera monitoring throughout. The rooms with a balcony are smaller than the non-balcony views. The view from balcony is not that nice, so the non-balcony rooms are better.

Wouldn't stay again
I stayed for one night only, and it was a mixed experience. The staff was friendly and eager to assist and provide all the necessary information. The hotel itself is within a short walk from the main sights of Mostar, and it offers a spacious terrace upstairs for its guests where you can enjoy the view of the city. The room itself looked beautiful, spacious and modern (there's even a mini fridge which is great if you're staying for a few days), but it could use some refurbishment, as well as a complete overhaul of some essentials like plumbing: I had to wait five minutes to take a lukewarm shower, there were no shampoos and the dispenser in the shower was filled with the cheapest all-purpose soap, there was no bidet in the toilet, and the absence of a shower divider means the water ends us being splashed everywhere, which makes it impossible to recommend this hotel to couples and families. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable, and the towels were rather thin and smelled of bleach. On top of it all, when an emergency happened at the hotel, I couldn't reach the reception desk via the phone numbers provided in the information sheet in the room, so I'm not fully convinced that safety of the guests is prioritized.
All things considered, I would say that, for the quality you get, a night at this hotel is overpriced and not worth it. I hope that the management will implement the necessary changes to ensure the comfort and safety of their guests. Many thanks to the staff!
I had a wonderful stay at Sinan Han Hotel in Mostar. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the location was perfect, close to everything. They even upgraded my room to a lovely apartment, which was such a nice surprise. Highly recommended!
Great property, very centrally located near the old bridge. Amazing breakfast that keeps coming. Rooms were clean, spacious, just no bureaus for clothes. Parking guy was an independent guy, we paid for parking in the beginning and at the end wanted more money. Overall a great property with very attentive staff
The woman at the front desk was very knowledgable and able to answer all our questions about the city as well as our on-going travel plans. Breakfast was delicious and, again, the staff was very professional and everything was exceptionally clean. The location is a minute's walk from the heart of the city. This place is perfect!
Very good service. Extraordinary by helping with finding charging station for my EV. Very helpful staff and very quiet and clean rooms. View was amazing from the rooftop. Definitely worth visiting and the location couldn’t be better. 10/10. Would recommend and would go again myself. Stayed there with my wife and 2 children.
The staff were excellent, wonderul, who really helpful and reaponsive to our requests. The downside was there were no lifts. We stayed at the top floor (3rd) of the apartment, and while the staff offered to carry my luggage, I couldnt bring myself to break their back to carry my heavy luggage.
Great last minute stay at Hotel Sinan Han. We booked last minute the night before, which we lucked out on during the summer months! The original room we booked was sold directly through the hotel & the only option was the two-room suite, which was fine for the two of us. The bed was comfortable, shower was amazing, & the staff was so kind!! Parking can be tricky, especially on a more cloudy day, but it is in such a great location near old town, the bridge, & so many bars and restaurants.
An excellent hotel, wonderful room, excellent location. The best asset of the hotel was the staff, Lovedream, Moamira (apologies if I have spelt your name wrong) they were absolutely fantastic, very welcoming, always playful with my children, giving us hints and tips. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. On the doorstep of old town.
The hotel was recently renovated & it only opened a few weeks ago. The receptionist was lovely & helpful. The hotel was very clean and spacious with a lovely roof top terrace. The location is perfect, very close to the bridge, restaurant & shops. We would definitely stay here again.
Amazing stay. Hotel very close to the old town, few mins walk. Good condition. Great sleep. Excellent staff and customer care - The receptionist, Aida, was super helpful. We had some car trouble and she went above and beyond to ensure we got help from a local.
