Nestled at the gateway to Zion National Park, this welcoming town serves as your basecamp for exploring The Narrows' towering slot canyons and Chequerboard Mesa's distinctive grid-like patterns. Spend mornings hiking Orderville Canyon Trailhead before visiting the Maynard Dixon Living History Museum to discover works by the renowned Western landscape artist.
We stayed in 13 hotels in a 2 week trip and this was the highlight! Absolutely immaculate, excellent facilities and the location couldn’t have been better. We arrived late but still managed to get parking right outside our room. We were also allowed to leave our car parked at the hotel for the following day, allowing us to easily explore the park. We would return in a heartbeat.

Our stay at the Ponderosa Ranch was for easy access to Zion National Park. This was a good close option to get to the park easily and enjoy our visit. Ponderosa is a mix of accommodation options from tent to Cabins at a reasonable cost. The cabin we had was located close to amenities and the main restaurant & reception. A range of activities are available to purchase from horse riding to off road buggies which can be booked on site. The restaurant offers a good menu and range of drinks there are...

Lovely hotel, room and staff. Pool was very nice as well. Everything in Springdale was walking distance or a short drive away. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent La Quinta! Apparently the hotel is 9 years old but nearly everywhere looked new. Rooms a decent size, beds comfortable and a very decent breakfast included. Definitely one of the best La Quinta hotels we've stayed in! Recommended.

The Roadhouse has spacious rooms that have been well upgraded and are bright and modern. A vegan buffet breakfast is included and pets are welcome. We also got vouchers for lunch buffet at the rescue headquarters cafe a few miles up the road. It has amazing views and the vegan food was good and fresh. We were sad that we were only staying one night

Stargazer tent was great, but take the provided eye masks to bed with you if you have a full moon. If staying during the winter, I suggest setting up the fire the previous night and setting your alarm for 45mins prior to whenever you want to get up, lighting it and jumping back into bed so that when you get up the tent is toasty warm. We had good phone signal at this location and good hot water with good pressure. Very well located for Zion and parking available right beside your tent- would...
