"Check in was easy, plenty of parking, pool was open. The shower flooded the entire bathroom no matter how I positioned the head. I had to lay down towels to soak up the water. "

"The inn was clean and comfortable. It is on a busy street but we were not bothered by the noise. The breakfast was basic but satisfying. The rooms were comfortable to stay in. This inn is on the north end of Santa Cruz close to Natural Bridges State Park. "

The flooring broken the walls patched with ugly paint not matching air conditioning super loud not a pleasant stay barely any pillows. Probably the worst place. I’ve stayed now in California. "The biggest disappointment was that there was a strong smell of mold/mildew in the bathroom. The fan only made it worse. It was hard to be in there even to quickly use the toilet, let alone take a bath or shower. The rooms were renovated and looked nice but were cheaply done with corners cut. "The rooms are always very clean and staff is very helpful. It's just a short walk to the beach which is a big plus. We have stayed there for the past 3 years, and it's always been great."
