Fix the AC in 115. It makes the most horrible noise. Also the fire alarm waking us up in the middle of the night wasn’t cool. Place is a motel. Staff was nice.

The area is close to shops & highway. The lady working at front desk 4/18/26 around 5:30 was not friendly at all. My room could have been cleaner I was going to try & switch but was afraid the other room maybe worst. The couch in room 115 was the dirtiest with stains & holes we did not sit or go near it. The bathroom was not bad but I did notice hairs in the tub & sink that was there before we used them. There was a lot of kids playing in the parking lot in front of our room. The halls are paper thin you hear everything. The breakfast was subpar waffles were decent but would have been nice to have sausage or eggs to go with it. We had to wait for a staff member to bring us syrup instead of us using the dispenser. The Spanish woman maintaining that area was very nice & helpful.

Don’t use Expedia, they are scammers, the wrong day switched as I was booking, I called them a minute later to switch the date, “not even cancel” just switch it to the correct date, they refused, and the service rep who could hardly speak English became sarcastic.

The place is a combination of Homeless shelter and prostitution meeting point. I was unable to sleep as people kept walking back and forth outside. The police did drive by like 4times. Don’t stay here especially if you’re a woman traveling alone . The bathroom was dirty, the pillow case had lipstick stains. YUCK!!

Our room was in very poor condition. There was spackle all over the walls and ceiling Evidence of water damage and potential mold. There was an electrical device hanging from the corner of the room (which we weren’t able to determine what it was). The floors were also in poor condition. We weren’t told that the room was in the process of getting repaired. This is a room that should not have been available. The beds and linens were clean, but because of the condition of the room, we were really skeptical. We wouldn’t recommend this place.

I have never written a bad review of any place before—I would usually just let things slide—but this time, I simply cannot. I booked this hotel for my daughter and myself; my daughter had a competition in that city, yet we didn't last even an hour in the room. It smelled absolutely horrible—like cigarettes—but it was a deep-seated, lingering odor that clung to everything: your clothes, your hair—everything! On top of that, I suffered an allergic reaction and an asthma flare-up triggered by the smell; it was so severe that I completely lost my voice for several days. For the sake of my health and my daughter's, I had to leave in less than an hour—and they refused to refund me a single penny! So, now you know: if you choose to stay at this hotel, these people clearly do not care about your health—for all they care, you could drop dead.

The smell of the lobby as I walked in was enough to turn me off. My first thought was I made a mistake in booking here, therefore making me skeptical of the room. I was so upset that it was the only place I could find at last minute as having a room. The customer service from the front desk personnel was off. Luckily enough the room was not bad I just slept for a few hours as I felt uncomfortable being there. This does not have the capacity of being a 4-5 star.

To my surprise- I was so pleased to see the upgraded results of this hotel, since my first visit that was majorly disappointing and utterly shocking.! Hint: A Scene from the hotel in the bad section of ( Breaking Bad ) a T.V. Series. Since then, there’s been plenty of good solid changes, to making the experience better for the guest. Here’s The positives: Cleaning Staff was Excellent! The Hotel is Centrally Located- Deliveries were incredible easy to receive. Little to No loud noises, No issues with Pest being inside or, around the premises. Honoring The Do Not Disturb and lastly, The Continental breakfast. The negatives: Front desk availability. No one was there to greet me upon arrival. I had several flight changes, which placed me at your hotel late at night. Exhausted, I rang a bell for service, no one answered. Then called the front office, heard the phone ringing, again no one answered. Doors were locked inside the hotel. I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes-before getting checked in to the hotel. There was a sign that said, I’ll be back in a few minutes. However, when you’re running a business, it is imperative for staff to know when someone’s on the property, checking in/ out- as guest. The Check In process was done with on a regular basis. Not feeling excited about my presents, just business in hand. Next was the vending machine. I ordered two bottled waters, credit card was charged and NOTHING ! Got ripped off by the vending machine. Too much hassle for water!

As I have said earlier, the hotel is older, which was OK for me, but floor and furnishings were dusty. All the walls had white spackle on them and were not painted over yet. They also did not clean the room or empty the garbage cans during our two-night stay, they just left an additional two rolls of toilet paper. I asked if we could use the dining tables in the breakfast/lobby area to eat our dinner and was told by the fair-skinned receptionist that the lobby is already closed. This was 9 pm and the whole lobby was dark. That was the first time I have encounted something like this, and we travel a LOT. The round carpet at the breakfast area was very filthy as were the exterior walkways to the rooms. Breakfast was coffee, tea, cereal, sliced bread, waffles and apple juice. We chose this hotel because they have a 6-person suite with a small fridge and microwave for $185 total per night. We stayed for two nights. This hotel is being managed poorly and it shows. Next time I will stick to Best Western, Hilton or Marriott.
