The room is a great size and the bed was comfortable. The sofa mattress, not so much. I loved that there was a full size fridge, microwave, a stove and utensil and cooking items. Breakfast was plentiful. Connor at the front desk check me in and he was helpful, charming and funny. Our stay was great.

Overall decent / average hotel and stay. Room we got was an upgrade from what we booked which was convenient. Found a couple dead bugs in our room and the pool was a bit gross but otherwise a cleanly place.

Room was clean people were nice.....bed was so saggy and so soft I'm 6ft 1in tall I had to sleep on 4ft sofa and my girlfriend as suffered on bed on part of bed that sleep ablewas the very bottom..only stayed one night.,if I booked for more I would have left early

Facility was not kept up, staff was rude initially. We found out that the facility seconds as a place for homeless with mental health issues to stay during cold weather with vouchers. This is nice, however it meant the staff was exhausted and our room was not clean, we were not able to get carts to load our luggage, the hallways smelled and our keys had to be processed twice before we could even get into the building. Had we known we would have booked elsewhere because we were traveling with our child. The staff on our last day was excellent and helpful and the breakfast was very good although they had staff watching the food area. We didn't understand until the last day when vouchers were changing over.

The stay was overall good. Upon arrival, the room was clean at a glance, and the hotel's common areas were clean. However, I did notice gunk on the bathroom walls. That's a little off-putting when you're actively showering and seeing dirt and hair that's obviously not yours. We found a way to laugh at it, but there was a piece of literal poop on the floor in the hallway of the second floor. Like, where did the turd come from? Anyway, the breakfast was good. But with a little more attention to detail and cleanliness, this could be a 5-star review. I'd stay here again.

We were with small children exploring NJ and Philly. Great location, lots of shopping plazas around with food options. Room worked really well for our family and the breakfast was clean and well attended. Would go back if we needed to stay in that area again.
