"Room was clean, modern, very well sized. The location was stunning, we had a view in every room. Location is also very convenient right into town despite it feeling more remote/private. We had actually booked this room at the 11th hour as we didn't feel comfortable at our previously booked accommodation - What an incredible upgrade! I am so glad we did, it truly changed the mood of our stay in El Chalten"

"We had an amazing 4 night stay at this lovely hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and bright, the location is excellent, but more importantly, there are not enough superlatives to describe the staff. Mariano, Candela, and the excursion planner Ignacio did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. There are not enough superlatives to describe the attentiveness and personalization of service that they offered. Could not recommend this place more highly."

"We stayed in one of their chalets. The breakfast was provided every morning so you could eat in the room and not rush to a buffet. The front desk staff was incredible, super helpful and would advice on hikes and weather condition. I also made use of their laundry service which was great and cheap for the amount of clothes I dropped off! The restaurants in the area are good and the hotel is super close to all major hike routes. Would go again and can‘t recommend enough! ✨"

"The clean rooms and beautiful views were a highlight. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating, providing excellent information about hikes and other activities. We even had to take a 3:00 a.m. bus, but the staff went above and beyond by packing us a delicious breakfast and leaving it for our early morning departure."

"Rules against any food in your room and not allowed to use the breakfasts area to bring food in (pizza). Tour groups get breakfast 30 minutes earlier than guests. Bananas and oranges were cut in pieces but would not give a banana to go. No toiletries.
