Hotel Best Western di Gunung Pleasant

"Upon arrival, the front desk staff was friendly and got me checked in quickly. The room was quite large and also had a large bathroom. Everything worked as expected. One thing that was weird to me, was that the rooms dont come with a coffee pot. You have to ask for one. But that doesn't bother me, I rarely drink it anyways. The only thing I didnt like, was how rough the bath towels are. They are seriously some of the roughest and most uncomfortable towels I've ever used. I did not partake on the...

"We stayed one night at the hotel and the room was very clean. The hotel is older so the interior doors don't align well, etc. We didn't use the pool but it was clean and in good shape. The staff was very responsive to our request for additional towels and items. Not a fancy hotel but is good for a budget hotel if you are traveling. Will stay here again."
