"Decided to stay here when my hot water heater went out and it was a great stay. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. My wife kept saying it smelt like an essentia oil fragrance. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. Overall, a nice hotel in a good and quiet location."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House - the wharf. The staff were so nice to our son and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. The location was perfect with plenty of food and drink options a minutes walk away. The rooftop pool was a treat with a great view. We will definitely be back to stay again, next time we’re in DC."

"Staff were so welcoming when we arrived. Our queen room was clean and just the right size for two people. Bathroom and shower were large and included a make up mirror. The room itself had water bottles everyday along with an iron and ironing board and steamer. Housekeeping staff were friendly when we encountered them in the hallway. We had great cocktails at the bar using $15 coupons we received upon check in. My only critique would be waiting for the elevator a few times and the big heavy door when entering the hotel itself. Our view was amazing and location was the best. We always felt safe and were near transportation options including train. Thank you!!"
