"Our stay was excellent! The Staff was the absolute best! We arrived around 3:15. Check-in was a breeze thanks to front desk Manger Kenneth Bryant. Later we had a small issue with the remote. I called the front desk, and spoke to Ashley. She was really nice, she came up to our room worked out the kinks with the remote. Before leaving, she said if you need anything else, just call and she would come back up. She has a sweet genuine personality. lastly, the breakfast was absolutely awesome! Thank you Ms. Edith everything was superb. The sausages, definitely a huge hit with my husband! Our room was clean, bed was nice and comfy, and we Loved the privacy gate which made our stay even more pleasant. Anyone traveling through the Salisbury area and your looking for a nice quiet place to sleep. Best Western is the place you want to be. The Hospitality of the Staff is AWESOME! We will definitely be staying here again. "

"Heater sounded like a jet plane taking off, there was a hole in the bottom of the door. Housekeeping didn't show up the whole time. When I pulled the blankets back there was a live bug on them. The pillows were terrible, and the final complaint is the noise from early morning until late night. I recommend not staying here I left and found another hotel."

"The staff is so friendly. You get a bag of bottled water and a cookie on arrival. The rooms are clean and just what we needed for the night. The property has smoking rooms so the entire interior smells like old cigarettes though. Overall, I would stay here again. "
