Top Mountain Park Hotel Reviews

Reverb by Hard Rock Downtown Atlanta

10/10 Excellent

"Everything was nice"

Atlanta Marriott Marquis

10/10 Excellent

"Staff was fabulous. Layout a little awkward initially but I quickly acclimated. Didn’t try the food. M Mart is very expensive but convenient if you don’t wanna get out. Sky bridge to the Peachtree Hub was awesome. Quick access to shopping, food court and Marta. Comfy, bed. Very clean. Shower was AMAZING! Will stay again."

Wyndham Atlanta Buckhead Hotel & Conference Center

8/10 Good

"i arrived late the first night. I had completed the check-in process online earlier in the day but the front desk still made me go through the same process all over again. I asked why I bothered with the online check-in which I was told meant I could save time at the desk and got a rude reply from the person checking me in. Would have been nice if she just said something like, "we need to just verify who you are with an ID" as at that hour I just wanted to go to bed. Another thing I didn't like was that the alarm went off at 6a the next morning because the staff had not cleared out the settings on the digital clock when the last guest checked out. I've never had to bother with this before. Then I noticed a $225 charge on my bill for incidentals. I realize this was just a "hold" but why so much? I guess it is for $75 per day! That never happens with other hotels. It is just a reasonable fixed amount for the whole stay. The hotel should change that. Also, sticky carpet in the room - time for those rooms to get an update."

The American Hotel Atlanta Downtown, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

10/10 Excellent

"Location is perfect walking distance from major venues…State Farm Arena, the Tabernacle… $60 a day for overnight valet parking. Counter staff was courteous but had issues with the credit card readers at check in and at check out I didn’t receive my final bill via email as promised at checkout. I had to request it. Clean/comfortable room, friendly staff all around (valet, security, cleaning staff, customer care) Breakfast on site or Restaurants in walking distance. Great hotel stay. We’ll be back."

The Westin Buckhead Atlanta

10/10 Excellent

"Everything about our stay was excellent; arrival to departure. Staff was amazing from valet, bellman to front desk team. The Palm restaurant was delicious and staff provided excellent customer service and attentiveness. Our corner room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping was ok and a little more attention to detail with restocking room but overall ok."

The Connally Hotel Downtown Atlanta, an Ascend Collection Hotel

8/10 Good

"Location is everything! Located at the underground Atlanta and Marta. The only complaint was the bar/lounge right next to it that kept me awake! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were nice. The bed was super soft! I’d def book again for my next stay downtown!"
