"I can’t stress enough, how important it is to have a clean room and facility. Our room was clean, updated and nice. The facility was clean and quiet, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offered many items to choose from and the dining area was very clean. They allow pets, I think the first one is free."

"Everything was great at the hotel they just need a turkey option for breakfast for those who don't eat pork and the young lady that was at the front desk didn't hardly speak English and couldn't understand a lot of the customers that's the only thing that was a problem."

"The room was small but clean and had very poor amenities. Over $700 for (2) nights was outrageous and comparable with a motel six at the best. There wasn't a front desk for information. Everything you needed you had to request on-line. I was in a hurry threw some clothes out of the washer thinking I could iron once in the hotel . No iron or ironing board inside the room. The tv was like a puzzle and had to buy shows to watch. No iron or ironing board. No closet for your clothes and cabinet space...

"Very nice hotel and staff. We had been on a 61 day adventure cross country and this was one of the nicest places we stayed. I would have rated it 5 stars but when we walked into our room, I almost slipped as the refrigerator apparently had leaked and there was water across the floor. They did come up right away and took care of the problem"

"This is my 3rd attempt to give The Arlington a chance. And it was my last attempt. We found moldy cheese under the bed, the shower drain cap was missing so it was just an open hole in the shower. The carpet is the same as it was probably 20+ years ago and it shows. HOWEVER - The staff is very friendly and professional, so that was refreshing. "

"Very clean indoors! Beautiful view, lots of space for outdoor lounging, and visiting with geese, ducks & turtles in backyard and waters edge. Well appointed kitchen with everything you would need if you want to cook in, but close enough to shops if you want to eat out. Couple small hiccups but we let host know about them, general maintenance things that may get missed if using a cleaning service. Would definitely stay again, neighbors were friendly as well. "
