"Extremely noisy hotel. Blow dryer sounded like a blender with a fork in it. Office had no backup dryer, stuck with wet head. Would not recommend to any out of towner coming for event."

"The on-site customer service was non existent. Our room was disgusting. We couldn’t check in until late the first night, and had been driving for 12 hours so we stayed anyway because with Mardi Gras, other hotels were booked up. We requested room service on morning 2 and came back to the same filthy room, dirty sheets included. We will not be returning. "

"Upon arrival i was taken aback. There was a tarp on the roof on signs of construction in the front yard. In order to get into the home you have to walk around the house to the back door. Upon entry there were signs of water damage in the ceiling. Fast forward l....had electricity upon check-in but after returning, about 5 hours later the electricity said look for me.....yeah not an ounce of electricity at the residence. The home could really use an update. Aside from the electrcity issue, i felt...

"Not only a great property, but awesome staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Ms. D made my mom feel warm and welcome in just the few minutes she chatted with us at breakfast. Great place and great people."
