"Lovely clean and welcoming place to stay. Cons: The bedding was basic and I got cold with the single thin blanket. There was no hand towel and only one face washer for three people. "Friendly staff, grea location "

"I was so impressed with the quality. The place was clean, luxurious, spacious, and very well-maintained. Everything was absolutely perfect. It was Easter, and they had the cutest little Easter chocolates and themed towels! We’ll definitely be coming back this is the place we’ll return to without a doubt. "

"Highly recommended! Upon arrival the lady at reception was very welcoming and easy going. Room was clean and fresh with plenty of secured parking directly Infront of our room. Facilities were clean even if didn't utilise them but the Pool and BBQ area looked well maintained and clean. Location is brilliant 2 minute drive to Sunnybank markets were we had some of the best Asian meals we've ever had. We will definitely be back for our next trip!"

"I realise it is an older hotel but the bathroom looked like very little had been done to it in the past 50years. The shower had obviously been repaired at some point an actually had a very unattractive checker plate panel in the middle of the wall. The soap holder was very loose and couldn't hold anything at all. The main room has obviously been repainted and recarpeted which was nice. "The departing day was Sanday. We had long time till our flight, then I would like the hotel keep my laggage until my depart time. They allow me for laggage survice only unti noon and the check out time was by 10AM. I couldn't to anyting for these ours and I wasted the time. The rason they did so was their reception survoce is only 2 hours between 10-12AM on Sunday. Their reception survice was until 9:00AM to 6:00PM for weekdays and 10AM to 2PM for Saturday. "Hotel was great. Room beautiful with excellent amenities. Staff were very helpful. Disappointed that during our stay, the Roof Top Terrace was closed for a private function one night, and then on another night Firma Restaurant was closed for a private function! Seemed that guests come second! Weren’t told in advance and we booked months ahead!!"

"Suited my needs for Airport/Cruise ports. Close to Southbank so I had plenty to do in my spare time. Hotel was a little hard to find as on foot and confusing with 2 with same name in close radius. Nice touch was good coffee at reception."
