"Drove 6 hours to have the desk lady tell me that I cancelled 2 months ago. Absolutely a lie. She says Expedia notified her saying I canceled. Impossible seeing that I booked it thru Hotels.com. It was draft weekend in Pittsburgh. They new they could charge more so they lied and said I canceled so they could make more money off someone else. Of course they had 1 room available but couldn’t honor the price that I booked mine at. Fortunately I was able to find a nice hotel at the same price she tried to scam me for. It was frustrating it a blessing in disguise. This hotel is rundown, dirty and unsafe."

"Easy check in, friendly professional staff, comfortable beds. Only thing I mentioned to the staff, which is extremely minor, was that the tray in the coffee maker that holds the coffee pod was missing. I was still able to make a cup by putting the pod in the cup. I would stay at this location again."

"It's a very nice hotel. The rooms are a bit small but perfect for what they are. The bathroom was very clean. The staff are extremely helpful with any questions you may have. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. It's really close to downtown and within walking distance to almost anything you need."

"I had a really good stay overall. The only downside for me is that, at this price point, I feel breakfast should be included. The staff were great, the room was very clean, and I definitely plan to come back. I’d still recommend this place to others, and if they added free breakfast it would be an easy 5-star stay."
