"I did like the property and the design of the room was nice. The hotel is convenient to Walmart, food places and the University. My only issue were one of the two rooms I rented the sheets and pillows weren’t clean. There was makeup all over the pillow case when pulled back and on the sheet. Which was surprising because the bed was neatly made. We did notify the front desk to have someone come and change the bedding. "Might have to take this review with a grain of salt because during my stay, they were doing construction so a few stars just got dinged out of honesty because the place was a bit dirty from all the construction material and debris. Staff was super friendly. The breakfast is what you would expect from a breakfast at a hotel I would come back."

"Prepaid for two queen beds, instead got a bed and an uncomfortable cot. Breakfast had nothing hot, just cheap blueberry muffins, a little fruit, and the most basic grab'n'go items you can think of. The grounds felt very unsafe, folks were smoking weed and more all over the property. It's the first time I've felt unsafe at a hotel in a long time. I almost never leave Expedia reviews, but I had to do so this time. I can at least say the folks working at the desk were nice. I'll never stay here...

"I’ve stayed in rundown motels and I know what to expect and what I’m getting for my money. But this place was unacceptable and for around $90 a night it’s upsetting. There were so many bugs in my room. And everything was extremely dirty. When I first got to my room I killed around 20 bugs crawling on the floor, walls, countertop, and fridge door. I was grossed out but gave the place a chance. When I got back to my room later in the evening and turned the lights on to discover tons of bugs...

"We stayed here for a last minute change in our travel plans, the rooms have been updated recently so we're very clean and comfy. Great water pressure in the shower and a great night's sleep for a great price. Definitely recommend."
