Left stranded
Not much to say outside of the title but we booked a room here in November of 2023 to stay in February 2024, get to the hotel to check in only to be told they don't have our booking and are fully booked. This is despite me having a confirmation number, invoice, receipt to prove my booking, which was all verified by a member of the Hotels.com support team we had on the phone trying to help us. To say we were stressed was an understatement. We understand bookings change but there was no communication from the hotel that we didn’t have a room until we arrived. Wouldn’t consider this hotel again in the future

Loved the smell of roses when we walked in, loved the grey washer marked makeup remover, loved the make up wipes, loved the instant hot water supply, loved the water pressure, loved the friendly staff, loved the appreciation of an unusual situation forcing us to checkout late. So many things to love that we will be back again and again.

Very friendly and helpful service - the staff were very welcoming. Rooms, large and clean. Little kitchenette was handy. Great value. Would definitely return.

Great sized room. Well fitted out. Has black out blinds but then a glass door to bathroom that lets light from the window in. Would be great to black out the whole room.

The beds in the room we stayed in were very uncomfortable so we didn't sleep well. The check in process was also very confusing - we didn't receive a message with a code to the lock box so had to wait for another person checking in to put the code in so we could get the key to our room.

This has to be one of the nicest motels we have ever stayed in.Our room was very large had everything we needed for a 2 night stay.Very modern inside and spotlessly clean.Could not fault anything ,would highly recommend a stay here.

I do a lot of travelling for my business and i have been to a lot of different motels over the years, but this motel far out weighs the others. The room was very clean and everything looked like new, it was quiet and reasonably priced for one night. i fully recommend this motel without any hesitation and will be back for future business trips.
