"We were given perhaps the worst room in the hotel (small, with a mini window and humidity smelling). We complained to find out that there were much better rooms in the same floor 2 doors away. Why would the front desk do this to a guest? Also be ready for wind shaft. The windows are not sealed and air flows through specially on windy nights."

"Charged me twice for my room noticed it on my credit card twice and had to bring that to their attention. Shower malfunctioned, water turned off to our room, it was an invoncenience. They should have moved us to a different room. Poor maid service. Only came in one full time, our last day. Bistro needs to open earlier than 6:30, at least for coffee service. $15 for a breakfast sandwich? Way too overpriced as was everything else. Breakfast sandwich should cost under $10. $28 for two...

"Didnt like that i would have to go to the lobby to get coffee, a coffee machine in the room would be nice, i didnt like the trucks picking up the trash containers at 4 am, bathroom a little small but very nice and clean"

"This was a great location to stay in Boston! We stayed here on our trip to see the Red Sox play. It was a 10 min drive (we ubered) to and from the stadium. Pricing for uber was not bad either! We were also able to utilize the Central stop on the red line to get to/from the hotel & airport. The staff was great, so welcoming and very nice! The place was clean and perfect for our stay. The building is really cool and the rooms are very nice! (Small, but also no one goes to Boston to sit in a hotel...
