This a hidden gem. Quiet, clean and friendly. The first hotel I have seen outside Japan with anti-fogging mirror in the bathroom. The smoothest lift ride in Mumbai. Especially like to commend Rakshika in the restaurant for customer service.

Das hotel ist sehr gut alles in allem. Das hotel ist per location ist sehr gut. Aber wenn Gäste gab im Zimmer nebenan dann konnte Man hören. Das ist der einzige Nachteil gewesen.

Horrible Hotel, not even worth 1 star, thought it is ITC Hotel group, but not at all, it was more like a 3rd grade lodge, took so long for a check in and guy was asking weird questions, only one staff answering the phones and checking in, i checked out in few hours, tgey should refund the money, i will not reccomend this to anyone, not good restaurants or services, lack of staff, no alcohol in the hotel, due to hospital next door. Over all worst experience, NO STAFF FOR HELP OR ASSISTANCE

Good stay

Stay was very comfortable and the staff were friendly too. There should be proper signage out in front at the entrance to the property. It’s a bit confusing as it’s adjacent to the the hospital and shared the same entry.
