The room was nice, clean and modern. The amenities were not what was advertised. The pool was not open, and the breakfast was far less than what is pictured on Expedia. There should be a way to say on Expedia if the usual amenities are not available.

Went to check in after 3pm the room was not ready we asked to be called no call…. I called them at around 6pm and it was ready. Then the pool was not in use they only had take out breakfast… way over priced and will never stay there again would like a discount

The listing said there was a pool but it was “Out of Order” and had been for some time. There was supposed to be continental breakfast and it was cereal. It was also very run down.

There was food left in the fridge when we got to the room. They did not have the breakfast buffet like it was advised when we booked the room because it was being renovated. If we would have known that we would have stayed somewhere else. We left in the middle of the night on the 2nd night because there was a dog barking next door, people fight across the hall and the hallway smelled like weed. We drove 15 hours to come visit and was not able to get any sleep before heading back home. It was very disappointing and misleading. The breakfast buffet was one of the reasons i choose this hotel because it looked better then everyone else's.

Our electricity had went out due to weather so we had to go to a hotel due to lack of heat at our house. When we got there the staff seemed very uncaring and otherwise distracted hanging out with each other talking in a group. The pool was closed down as well as the kitchen. The rooms were dirty as well as smelly. We woke up to have the to go breakfast they peovided and the cream cheese was so molded it was black and green and hard as a rock. The juice was messed up. I had asked for help and that seemed to be a whole situation as it took 3 very hateful staff members to fix it. When i go to drink it the floaties in it made me think its probably not cleaned. So we packed up and we went to go buy breakfast. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone. They need to do better. That could have made people very sick. I had to 1 star but i wish i didnt have to put any.

This hotel was really horrible. The staff were VERY kind and helpful, but the property condition was one of the worst I’ve ever been to. The first room we were in had no hot water and the hotel knew about it. They moved us. Both room we were in were not clean. One had fries under a chair and a vape on the floor and the other looked like it hadn’t seen a broom ever. The sheets were dingy and stained. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. It was not a great experience. There are other hotels in the area that cost the same for way better facilities.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Check in and out was quick and easy. Also, although I think I ate the final full breakfast before the remodel began this week, it was yummy! My only complaint would be the exterior noise! The hotel is on a busy road and the traffic can be very loud. So loud at times that the noise would drown out the TV. Thankfully I have a sound app on my phone so I did sleep peacefully through the night. All and all I would stay there again, but ask for a room that ends in an even number. Maybe it's quieter on that side?

The room was clean. Carpet is a little outdated. Toilet was broke but staff was on it as soon as we told them. Staff was courteous and friendly.

Let’s start with the check in. Immediately get double charged for the room despite paying on Expedia. Then after the confused guy at the front desk waits for his manager to try and figure out how to refund the double charge we finally head up to our room. Upon entering our room I head to the restroom and relieve myself. Guess what? The toilet doesn’t flush. Back to the front desk we go. I then inform the poor confused guy of the problem and he switches rooms for us. Go back upstairs ready to check into our room and finally get some sleep. Nope! Keys aren’t working on the door. To keep from absolutely losing my mind and saying mean things to the poor confused guy I send my wife down instead. She returns and finally we have access to the room. Was also informed on arrival that the pool is under renovations and is inaccessible despite it being marketed as having one. The walls in the room are filthy and need to be thoroughly clean and disinfected I just lack the effort to go back downstairs again……avoid this place at all costs

This hotel is nice. Location is close to university, shopping, restaurants. Has an outdoor patio area to sit at. Pool area and fitness room was nice. Hotel and parking lot was very clean. Staff was wonderful especially Ms Sonda and Ms Jama on the breakfast area. Not only were they both friendly, but both of these ladies kept the food stocked, and the eating area clean.
