"Only 7 cabins so it is very quiet and peaceful. Floor to ceiling windows with gorgeous views. The staff are very attentive to every need, even coming to the cabin when they changed water filters to make sure we didn’t drink the water until it was tested. Would definitely go back!"

The place is ran by a loving family, who goes above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasent stay. They helped us book tours, gave us names of great local eats, and even allowed us to check out at 4pm so that we would have enough time to visit one more waterfall, come back to the hotel and shower before leaving. "The best part of this property is by far the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. Arjawa the bellman explained everything i needed to know about the hotel and the amenities from what time breakfast to how many times they clean the rooms. Pebri, Agung and Komang who were my servers at Brasserie restaurant were amazing always smiling and making sure I was doing great. Sumi was the supervisor at Brasserie and always greated me with a smile and also went out of her to make sure I was well taken care of. At the Bamboo bar I was well taken care of by Putra the bartender there. Amazing drinks amazing service. And Wirta also made sure I was great bringing me towels and always greeting me by name. The food was great at Brasserie I ate there 3 times a day if that tells you anything. So if ever you are in Ubud and want a luxurious place to stay and great staff to treat you amazing I would highly recommend The Alaya Resort."
