Great location near the fairgrounds of Oktoberfest, about an 8min walk. Only complaint was the toilet kept running.

The worst property I've ever stayed at!! Nothing worked, the Wifi didnt work the AC didnt work. The staff took forever to respond and never resolved anything. The only good thing about this place was the location. Outside of that would not recommend.

Lovely apartment just a few minutes from central Munich. Very comfortable, nice layout with a comfortable bed. Couple of negatives, its a bit noisy in the evenings especially on the Saturday night. The TV would'nt work, I emailed Nena but had no response. All in all nice place, lovely bakery / coffee bar right outside and easy access to the trams to the centre.

Very new, nice, comfortable and clean apartment. We stayed for two nights for oktoberfest - the apartments were super close to the oktoberfest location with a very good price comparing to any other place during oktoberfest, which was fantastic. Wifi sucks a bit, weak signal. Friendly security guards at the lobby make me feel safe. Nice elevator. Note that there seems to be no laundry facilities yet, but I would still recommend this place as it is spotless and beautiful.

Cute, quiet, comfortable studio. However it is a new building and some kitchen appliances were not hooked up, there was no tv connection or washing machines yet, and management gave us the wrong WiFi password. Fortunately someone working in the building helped us with the correct password and the stove. Thank you Zamet (spelling?). I would definitely recommend this place (once everything works).

Good location and price, but that is all of the good things there are to say. Wifi was very slow and kept cutting out, basically unusable. Bed was uncomfortable. Room was too hot and thermostat did not effectively control the temperature. Would not stay here again unless on a very tight budget.

Neue Unterkunft, gute Ausstattung, allerdings hat noch nicht viel funktioniert. TV ohne Anschluss, schlechtes WLAN, Geschirrspüler funktionierte nicht, es gab keinen Room Service in 10 Tagen. D.h. keine neuen Handtücher, Seife, Toilettenpaper, etc. Man muss den Putzservice suchen und erhält es dann. Andauernd ging der Feueralarm los, weil er eine Fehlfunktion hat. Es gibt noch viel zu optimieren!
