"We stayed in a junior suite as a treat for my husband's birthday. It was gorgeous! There were macarons for our arrival, plus a token for a welcome drink at the bar. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful, you got the feeling that if there were any problems they would jump on it to fix whatever it was. The coffee machine in the lobby was free to use all day everyday, and there were often little extras there too, like fruit infused water, or one night even a cocktail. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was a wet room with a powerful shower and underfloor heating. We only ate there once, as there's so much choice in Poznan, but it was beautiful. The hotel is so close the the central square, so it's location is ideal! We didn't get the breakfast, and instead chose to find breakfast in town (there are lots of bakeries on the other side of the square)."

"Beautifully decorated hotel from the lobby & restaurants to the rooms. Oliver at the front desk was very helpful and also the girl who worked the afternoons (I didn’t get her name) gave a delicious food recommendation. If you go to the bar then Jacob will go out of his way to find the perfect drink for you. Everything in the old town area was within easy walking distance. Great place to stay when you visit!"

"I highly recommend this hotel for work or vacation travel. We got a city view room overlooking the old town and enjoyed the view a lot, the room was also very comfortable and had all we needed, and it was quiet. I highly recommend the buffet breakfast served in a pretty dining hall overlooking the street. It’s walking distance to many of Poznan’s sightseeing and shopping destinations."
