All I can say is our experience was totally different. We had a last minute room change via email, so I think potentially our room was a deluxe suite. "I will definitely stay at the Cove hotel again if in The Hague. Safe, quiet and not crowded with tourists, tons of shopping and dining options. Tram line steps away and Daan Haag Centraal station is 10 minutes away. Huge tub and separate shower with instant heat, no waiting. The kitchen was perfect and I made good use of it. Special mention to Graham on front deck and also the guy that printed my QR code for me, I didn’t get his name but he was awesome. Thanks to all, much love from Bermuda."

Will book again anyday, for stay in Amsterdam!✨ One key thing to note though is that it takes ~10min to walk to the bus stop and ~20minutes from there to the Central Station.
