"We were traveling as a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 children. We were required to book 2 apartments as our group was too large for one. I was given the option to pre-select my rooms. I selected 2 rooms on the same floor only to be given rooms on different floor. I was told they were fully booked and my selection could not be honored.
The rooms were very poorly maintained. Cracks on the floors covered with cardboard and duct tape, door handles that fell off, paint crumbling off the walls and a shower that leaked and flooded the entire bathroom.
One bedroom had floors that were radiating heat so hot that the room was overheating and we could not use it to sleep in. My child had to use the couch. The rooms also smelled awful.
At night the street is so loud with excessive honking, street racing and fireworks randomly being set off outside the building.
We asked the front desk to fix the shower and provide us new towels since they were all used to clean the flood which they did not do.
At 7:30 am on the day we were leaving our room keys no longer worked. We needed to retrieve our luggage from our rooms to leave and could not get in. We went to the front desk and were told that because they made news keys for the next arrivals our keys no longer worked despite check out time only being at 11am.
This place had potential but it seems that it has been very poorly maintained and needs new management. I do not recommend this hotel.
