"Very nice."

"We reached late and we informed that will be checking in late around 11pm. And we reached there after 11pm. When we reached the gave us the key and we entered the room the room was not cleaned or flipped from last usage. They told me sorry we don’t have any other rooms at midnight and we were shocked and standing there with our kids at midnight. Somehow they gave us another room at may be near to 1 am. The room’s shower was not draining and does not have a shower curtain."

"The property is semi clean. Most of the guests are residents or extended stay. The room I was given was updated, although the bathroom still needs remodeling. Overall I stayed here for 10 days to wait for a new tractor in IL. I did not like that the owner did not let me extend through expedia and forced me to pay directly with them and charged more. Even with the renovated rooms the motel still needs tremendous work and the area is bad and not very convenient. The ubers are very expensive due...

"This was our first time in Chicago. My sister and I saw this Best Western as a convenient choice for the Pokemon GO! Fest of 2026. Wow, what a beautiful building! Very safe too. The lot is lit so brightly and is next to a small banquet hall so we weren’t scared about coming back to the room very late. The room was beautiful; comfy sheets, updated TV and nice amenities. "I was very disappointed in my stay at Sonesta. The night my daughter and I made it to the hotel, after traveling into town, the person at the front desk was not pleasant as I checked into the room. Once we made it to the hotel, our bed seemed clean and inviting and the air conditioner worked well. Those are about the only complements I can provide. The facilities in the room were not clean.
