"A short drive from Collegetown and the main Cornell Campus, this hotel is a fine stay for families visiting Ithaca. The breakfast is limited to eggs and a rotating selection of meats, as well as the usual waffle and cereal stations, but there is a grocery store and gas station within walking distance for those that would prefer more options. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, staff were polite and helpful, and there is a large parking lot available. I would gladly stay here again."

"The room was clean. The sink in the kitchenette was plugged and the microwave buttons didnt work. Our room faced the pool so you would smell strong chlorine smell. Its was ok for us not staying long."

"Clean room, nice motel, continental breakfast, close to many stores. Easy to get to. Man that is at the front desk at night goes out of his way to help you if you have a problem. Only problem we have is figuring out the remote for the tv. We stay here often."

"Stated here before won’t come back bed sheets stained with what looked like blood found on my second night as that side of the bed wasn’t used bathroom light flickered then went out and on last night the outlets near bed stopped working. Ran out of toilet paper and no one was at desk had to run and buy my own at the store. Complained to customer service and they did nothing to compensate the horrible stay"

"The reservation for an accessible room with a walk in shower was not carried out, Our room had a tub. The room was minimally equipped for a very high price of over $200 for the area. The room next door had guests paying very loud music. The were shouting and banging walls until the middle of the night. There was no intervention by staff. "Parking was great right in front of your room, the property is aged, but the rooms were clean air-conditioning and heating worked. We needed both on our trip lol. The staff was very kind and worked with me before the trip to modify my reservation even when Expedia was making it difficult minor challenge they said breakfast was served at 7 AM and when I got there at 7:15, nobody was in the lobby, which put a crimp in our schedule. I believe they didn’t show up until around 7:45. That’s a minor...
