"Great hotel in a good location. The room was very clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff but they can use some more training specially the concierge you expect some better recommendations from a 5 star hotel in the heart of downtown Seattle."

"This is a modern hotel with very clean rooms. Its location in Seattle is a huge plus—there is a QFC supermarket just a short walk away with a great selection of fresh, ready-to-eat food. We really appreciated having an in-room microwave to heat up our meals, which made our stay very convenient. The breakfast was nice, and they even prepared to-go bags at the front desk for guests in a rush to head out. I also loved that complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available in the dining area 24/7. A special highlight was the extra coffee and hot water stations they thoughtfully set up for guests returning from the New Year’s countdown. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!"
