"I booked for 2 nights 20-21 Dec 2025 where I was in Room 16. I found the room & the entire facility to be very clean, well maintained & updated. The room itself was very spacious, comfortable bed (2 good sleeps rare for me), work desk, coffee table, SmartTV, quiet air con, storage space, massive shower, separate toilet, bench area in kitchen with cleaning detergent along with milk, tea, coffee & biscuits. "Well presented, clean, spacious with everything we needed for an overnight stay. Good bed and pillows and plenty of hot water and space in the bathroom. Apparently there is a shuttle bus to the Holbrook Hotel but due to storms it wasn't running but we enjoyed the flat walk to the pub between showers."

"This was a lovely spot to stay for the weekend. The room was very spacious and the kids loved the pool and playground. The playground could probably use some new wood chips or soft fall of some sort but otherwise was great. The bathroom was big and hot water was basically instant! Has cutlery, plates, cups etc, dishwashing liquid, kettle, microwave and toaster in the kitchenette. The beds were comfy and it was quiet overnight. "
