"Rooms are a little run down, carpet in rooms could use shampooing to freshen-up scent in room, and for cleanliness...especially if pets were in the room. I've stayed here many times, and when it was the Ramada Inn. Also little couches and lounge chairs in rooms need to be cleaned and freshened between guests..Overall nice place. "

"The Capri Laguna was such a great relaxing boutique hotel for my business trip! My bed was so comfy and the room was clean with a cute modern beach decor vibe. My favorite part was hearing the ocean at night as I slept. I didn’t have an ocean view but the beach was right there! They have a couple of beautiful lounge patios you can enjoy! They had a great breakfast + coffee bar. I loved getting coffee in the lobby and walking down to the beach in the mornings! Perfect for a mellow weekend trip."

"Room was clean, restrooms clean, spent time in the pool & jacuzzi area, pool water was some what clean besides duck feathers, there was a duck swimming in the pool when we got there. Jacuzzi water temperature was perfect, was so soothing. All in all room and hotel were clean. They use an air ordor eliminator to clean the air in the hotel.Only negative part, pillows had a weird smell, and comforters had blood stains on them. Didn't notice blood stains till next day after top blanket was not used and the stains were on the bottom comforter. Also paid for parking $10 per night, thought parking was free, and $25 deposit per night! Will i stay here again!? Only if need be. "

"This is a very clean, comfortable hotel. They have a lobby restaurant but no free breakfast in the morning. They charge $10 plus tax for parking and you can’t charge the parking fee to your room; you need to scan their QR code to your phone and put your credit card number in which we didn’t like. We probably won’t stay here again because of the parking charge but otherwise the hotel is nice."
