"Esperienza negativa: non è certo un 5 stelle! Le pareti della stanza da rifare assolutamente, addirittura sotto la finestra cadeva l'intonaco, per non dire della finestra stessa ruggine e muffa. Il parquet della stanza tutto rigato. Le maioliche alla reception tutte spaccate. Anche la pulizia lascia a desiderare, sembra un hotel in piena decadenza. Anche come servizi non è da 5 stelle, il facchino ha visto che avevamo la valigia non ha provato neanche a chiedere se avevamo bisogno d'aiuto....

The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent."

"Well, on the positive side - the hotel is new, especially the bathroom. Big walk-in shower - no phone booth - and it has a closing door. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is very clean. It is well located in Livorno - close to everything. It is also very quiet from street noise, a hard thing to say is always the case in Italy."

"Eine sehr schöne Anlage mit hohen schattenspendenden Bäumen. Es gibt ein Restaurant das ein für Italien sehr umfangreiches Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen anbietet, freundliches Personal. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war funktional, die Betten groß und bequem, nur die Küchenausstattung etwas spartanisch und etwas in die Jahre gekommene Sanitäranlagen. Schöner Pool plus Kinderbecken, die Liegen aber recht hart und durch die vielen Nadelbäume tritt man öfter in etwas Hartes am Poolrand, daher...
