"Wonderful stay in a wonderful place. The views from the terrace (where breakfast is served weather permitting) and the executive rooms on to the cathedral are spectacular. All the staff is super friendly and keen to help. The hotel or relais is beautifully decorated and everything is spotlessly clean. That is also true for the rooms which all have antique furniture. "Super Netter Service, bei der Anreise kam es zur einer Verspäteten Ankunft und der Mitarbeiter hat mit uns telefoniert und so gar auf uns gewartet. So ein toller Service sieht man gerne. Die Unterkunft liegt 50 Meter vom Zentrum entfernt. Wir würden sie wahrscheinlich wieder Nutzen in Siena."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Villa del Sole Siena. The terrace offers a stunning view, perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The staff were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and even went above and beyond when one staff member escorted us out of the city on his motorcycle after roads were closed for upcoming celebrations. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Piazza del Campo. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is in a rural setting just beyond a supermarket. Parking is plentiful. Checking in and out was friendly. Apartment was lovely with lounge/kitchenette area and separate bedroom. Lovely and quiet. We walked into the town using the walking paths over a busy main road. Quite a long walk, but doable, and easier walking back as downhill! Would recommend hotel and would stay again. "

"Our stay was great, included breakfast, able to walk up, yes, lots of uphill to the Cathedral. The Campo was a bit further past the Cathedral, easy downhill walk. The host greeted us as planned, our checkin was smooth. Check out was also easy.I had trouble getting a taxi back to the train station, a communication problem. The walk was not too bad, there are escalators and moving walkways."

"Complimentary breakfast was ver good. Has parking in case you arrive by car.The staff was very kind and friendly. Room had a beautiful view of the city and is in a comfortable walking distance to everything you have to see and enjoy in Siena. Totally recommend it 👍"

"This hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk to Il Campo but is also in a quiet area with less touristy restaurants. Our room was quiet and very clean. Check in was with a room code. Very easy. It is about a 30-35 minute walk from train station to hotel which can be a bit tiring with some mild inclines. "
