"Francisco was an excellent host and very helpful and spoke excellent English which was super helpful for this gringo for getting around town. The location was good with close proximity to everything. I think it might be unadvisable to walk the neighborhood at night, but I ended up walking back at 1am and all was fine. Everything was clean and fresh. Complimentary breakfast provided. The price can't be beat! Couldn't ask for more for a place to stay for a few nights in Santiago."

"Staff were very helpful and accommodating especially Tanya. Spoke English very well and assisted us with tours and transport. We stayed here on three separate occasions during our visit to Chile. The rooms were very clean although some were a little run down-floor boards separating, slow sink in one room and a poor toilet flush in another. The hotel is well located to metro and major thoroughfares although the area a bit transitional with beautifully restored old buildings and dilapidated Ones...

"A mid-range hotel in a convenient central location. A maximum of 10 minutes' walk to the Plaza de Armas. There was always someone at reception who spoke English. We had a room with air conditioning on the sixth floor overlooking a side street closed to traffic. Our room was a comfortable size with good Wi-Fi. The shower was hot with a strong jet. Everything was clean. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality. Unfortunately, the coffee was very weak. The staff were very friendly and...

"The area this hotel is located in is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS! Just outside, my phone was stolen out of my hand by a man in a motorcycle riding on the sidewalk. Next day, two men attempted to kidnap my teenage daughter. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS AREA. Both incidents happened in broad daylight. Santiago overall according to the locals is a very dangerous city, and this part of town is on the extreme danger zones. "

"We enjoyed our stay here. It’s very close to the old town so you can walk everywhere, and parking is close if needed. We had a really nice meal at the hotel restaurant, and there are plenty of other restaurants within walking distance too. It’s the perfect location!"

"The listing includes soundproofing, rainfall shower head, premium bedding and certain kitchen appliances, and none of those were true. I’m not sure the sheets were even clean when I got there and the units are definitely not even close to soundproof. The location was decent. "
