"Everything about this hotel is fine. I might have rated it better save for two things: 1. The intercom method to enter the hotel is annoying and flawed. A hotel should have someone near the front door at all times. 2. The front desk staff were aloof, disinterested and dismissive. I felt like anything I asked, no matter how polite or simple, was a nuisance for them. One even answered me while scrolling social media on his phone. "We had a great stay. Large apartment. Would have been nice to have a washing machine since there is a laundry space in the apartment. Listing sounded like there was a laundry in the building but there was only a laundry service. Great spot. Would stay again."

"This hotel is a gem! It’s close to the main metro and has shopping and restaurants nearby. Location is great! The amenities in the hotel are lovely. There is a lounge with an espresso machine plus sodas and water. It was such a nice touch. The rooms are well decorated and designed efficiently. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange transportation to the airport. It was seamless. We would absolutely stay here in the future."

"Excellent location for exploring Milan. Hopped on the metro blue line from Linate airport then a 5 min walk to the apartment. The apartment was spotless, everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy walk to the Duomo, the castle and the shops. Hosts were very responsive, easy to deal with and extremely helpful with recommendations as well as top tips for getting around. Would definitely recommend."

"We only stayed for one night but the hotel staff was exceptional. I liked the clean room however the shower had a bit of grim which for a four star hotel is not good. They advertise that there is 24 hour free shuttle service which is not true. But the staff was so nice to help us get taxi. The location of the hotel is incredible. "This is the perfect hotel for exploring Milan. It’s only a short walk or tram ride from the city centre and all the attractions, in a quieter part of town. The rooms are very well appointed and there is a fabulous breakfast buffet and restaurant, but what stands it apart are the incredible staff.
