"This hotel was the perfect spot. Just a little ways out of town so it feels a bit charming and secluded but close enough that you can be in town quickly. The rooms and space for a family of 4 were amazing. We were traveling as a group and every room we had was a lake view with a balcony. The staff was phenomenal. Breakfast was included and offered the kids some creature comforts from home like little pancakes. We also were running late the first night, so the staff through Expedia messaging...

"No amenities. No tissues, no wash cloths, had to ask for soap. There was no elevator. No restaurant. Free breakfast was only continental. Very limited bar and only upon request. All personal left the property at 7:30, doors were locked so only way to enter the hotel was with a key. Each room had only one key. Check-in was decent but it was down hill from there. Staff was not friendly and any request was treated as a chore. The view was great but everything else was way below standard."
