"Location is perfect if you don’t mind being in a tourist area but it’s not congested. It’s near great restaurants, entertainment and attractions. The staff is amazing especially the wonderful ladies that clean and handle the amazing breakfast. I stayed in Loft 10 it was a little warm but overall I would stay there again. "Lobby’s small yet homey feel, like our own living room. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Spacious room, perfect location for shopping and dining. The only downside is the small cubicle shower place(kinda small space and floor are slippery/smooth surface)."

"Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’emplacement; à 4 minutes de marche du Duomo, avec beaucoup de magasins/restaurants/ cafés aux alentours. Par contre, nous entendions tous les bruits à l’extérieur. L’autre point négatif est la literie: 2 petits draps seulement avec une petite couverture en polar et des oreillers pas des plus confortables. L’hôte était très serviable et gentil, tout était bien propre!"

"Very clean and pretty hotel. Really great location. The rooms were VERY small, I know this is common in big cities in Europe but this was the smallest I’ve been in and the bathroom was so hard to be in as it was so squished. The shower was really nice however. As a newer hotel there is no gym yet which was disappointing. Also would have been nice to have wine in the mini bar. They could not accommodate early check in. If you appreciate cleanliness, pretty decor and are only staying 1-2 nights...

"It was a bit difficult to find the property, maybe a bit more detail ahead of time of how to find the property, would make it easier. Staff was friendly, which I appreciated. And the location was great. Not ideal for a light sleeper, because the sound of trains is almost nonstop, although they give you earplugs, but still, it's a lot of noise for a light sleeper. The only thing that was not comfortable for me specifically, was that the AC would not catch up to the selected set room temperature,...

"Really robust air conditioning; elevator; the terrace super cute. Helpful staff. Location is unbeatable!!! Comfortable & spacious (we were in Suite 5). Updated bathrooms - 2 bathrooms in our suite! Coffee maker didn’t work tho."

"This is a beautiful property, very close ( 5 min walk) to Duomo Cathedral, The Galleria Vittorio for shopping, many bars and restaurants and close to the Metro with easy connections to main train station and Linate Airport. The staff were excellent and very helpful. It’s an elegant and comfortable place to stay and we would definitely recommend it and return to this lovely oasis"
