"We liked the Infinity pool but the deck around it was falling apart and there was bird poop all over the railings and the deck for the entire week we were there without being cleaned. The first breakfast we had outside a very large seagull took our food right off our plates and it happened to another couple upstairs those birds are a big problem. We did like our room very much and the hotel is beautiful. We would not return."

"I was a bit disappointed with the property as I found it quite simple and not nicely furnished. The week before I spent the same amount of money per night in a double room with a private bathroom at a 3* hotel at Lago di Como including a full service breakfast. "The localization is really great, about 15 min walk from railway station and about half an hour walk from the airport. There is also a bus stop nearby. The rooms, corridors, bathroom are very clean. AC is providing good temperature to rest and sleep. If I would come to Pisa next time, I would be glad to sleep there more nights. "Clear instructions how to access the building, responded very quickly to questions. Room very clean, everything we needed, only a 5 minute walk to the airport. So was excellent for our requirements. A car park is around the corner as no onsite parking but you can park in the road up to 8am for free."

She sounded drunk or high and was talking with a man who was with her. We told them go away and called the front desk to come up and take care of the situation.
