"I asked for a recliner for my husband. Well we got one but it was broke. The computer chair was lopsided and it made it very hard for me to work!!!! The indoor pool was ice cold and the hot tub did not work! When I pay for something I expect things to work!"

"The parking was very difficult, there was homeless people outside in parking lot, stains on the shower curtain, no screens in the windows, there wasn't any hand soap in the bathroom, the soap containers were filled with water, the bed was the most uncomfortable felt like sleeping on metal springs all night. Won't stay again."
